— 01 Are you an authorized Loctite® distributor?
Yes. We supply factory-sealed Loctite® product through authorized channels, with manufacturer lot codes and certificates of origin available on every shipment. Loctite® is a registered trademark of Henkel; we are an independent distributor and are not affiliated with Henkel AG.
— 02 Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We operate on both sides of the Nogales border. Most US destinations within Arizona ship same- or next-day from our Nogales, AZ stocking location.
— 03 What's the minimum order?
There is no fixed minimum on standard SKUs — we ship single bottles to pallet quantities. Specialty product may have minimums; we flag them at quote time.
— 04 Can you help us substitute a discontinued grade?
Yes. Send us the legacy code and the original application notes; our application engineers will return a substitution table with mechanical, thermal and chemical equivalence side-by-side, plus retest recommendations.
— 05 Do you provide IMMEX / maquila invoicing?
Yes. We are set up to invoice IMMEX-registered operations and can coordinate bonded warehousing when required. Documentation is bilingual.
— 06 Can someone visit our plant for technical support?
Yes — anywhere in Sonora and Arizona within one business day for active accounts, and elsewhere by appointment.
